Thank you so much for the invite. Patrice and I were immediately in our offices sharing that high energy and the conversations with our team members. They all noticed a difference! It lasted late into the day. Here's to many more JAM sessions and high energy in our lives.

I really enjoyed the JAM session and definitely saw the impact on the three of us and how we interacted with others in the department over the next few days. I'm confident that if 13% of our team engages some of these activities, it will improve the morale of another 20–25% of our staff.

I echo what has been stated, and I'm still smiling today off the energy deposited from the session. JAM!

Jess brought her J.A.M. Experience to our team call, and it was exactly what we needed. Through her "release, reframe, radiate" framework, she guided us from identifying our barriers to joy at work all the way to embodying a powerful team affirmation. We meditated, we breathed, we moved — and left feeling energized and aligned. Thank you for helping us tap into joy as a real business tool.

She invited me to her Joy With Jess session, which brought a great group of women together to stand in our power and set our intention for the week. Then she did something totally unexpected — she left a solid, lucrative career in legal marketing operations to become a DJ, corporate retreat facilitator, and early morning dance party host. Watching your journey has been transformative.

Yesterday, I let go. At Best. Day. Ever! we started the morning with breathwork — deep, intentional, cleansing. Then we danced. Freely. Wildly. Without a care in the world. All before 8 a.m. And in that movement, I felt something shift. This is how I plan to live the rest of my life: Joy. Freedom. Peace. Release.

Today was brilliant! The new space is fantastic — I loved the layout and openness — your set was fire (literally) as usual, and I loved your selection of visuals. It really moved something in me to claim what I desire this year. Thank you for facilitating that.

Truly the best day ever. @choosingjoywithjess is a full-on magician and you need to get in an early morning dance party. I promise it's the medicine you didn't know you needed!

I had to reach out and tell you how incredible you were on Sunday. I started going to dance last September, and without a doubt that is the best set I've heard there yet — and I don't say that lightly. I'd love to know about other events you're DJing. I want to come support your work because I enjoy it so much.

Working with Jess through Space J.A.M. was absolutely life-changing. I was relocating and completely overwhelmed. Her vision casting and energy clearing helped me release the weight of my past space and step confidently into a home that reflects the next chapter of my life. Jess absolutely transformed our downstairs living space and our lives! Thanks to her trust, encouraging demeanor, and thoughtful approach to every detail, I'm always reminded that I am valued. Jess's leadership created a supportive structure that helped our company grow.

I made space for mirror practice this morning, and also for a good happy cry about how good you are to all of us. All the effort, advice, and love you bring really makes it feel like family. It's an honor to know and love you.

Your joy is a gift I feel and want to spread with you. You are an inspiration, and your work is making an impact in me and others. Thank you for playing full out and having faith.

You're showing up every day, releasing the frequencies of joy and encouraging others. Turning our pain and internal darkness into light is something others see and feel. It's an authentic light source that gives others warmth. You're a hero to someone out there.

I channeled you the other day and did a meditation imagining what life would be like when my practice is successful — and honestly, I feel it working already. I've had so many new connections in the last few days. Thank you for being such an inspiring, joyful human spreading your light.

This morning's breathwork and dance, and all the touches in between, are so appreciated. I had an amazing day at work and really worked to intentionally connect with everyone. So proud of you for doing what your soul is calling you to do.

Please tell the host of that meditation that what she said at the end was very fitting for what I'm going through as I start my own business. I was crying with joy the whole time.

You taught me the art of creating my own mindset, and that's served me more than a lot of professional lessons I've learned in life. Your joy and positivity has had a ripple effect.
