When I had the vision that started all of this, I was a DJ, using music and movement to help people believe in themselves. That vision became real. JessZeffect is where the energy work meets the sound system.
Music shifts the nervous system faster than any other modality. It changes heart rate, breathing, brain chemistry. A great set makes people feel something they didn't know they needed to feel.
That's what JessZeffect does. Ecstatic dance, corporate events, festivals, private gatherings. The music is always the medicine delivery system.
